Professional Biography |
I graduated from Calvin College and worked in a treatment center at Bethany Christian Services. Later I decided to combine my education and counseling experience by going back to school for a master’s degree in school counseling, a degree I received from Western Michigan University about five years ago.
Personal Biography |
I am married and have three sons. My favorite activities are tennis, bike riding and reading – and also hanging out with family and friends.
Faith |
As a Christian, my work with students is not just about academics, but also includes how they are in all areas of their lives including how they are spiritually. It is awesome to be able to share with students their walk of faith and encourage them with the talents God has given them. It is such a joy to work with them and the staff here at South.
