Personal Biography |
I graduated from West Ottawa High School and Davenport University. I always knew as I grew up that I wanted to be a secretary and have worked in an office environment since my senior year in high school. My work experience includes Park Township in Holland, the former First Michigan Bank Corporation, CRC Publications, Cornerstone Church, LaGrave Avenue CRC and finally South Christian High School since May 2007. I have three daughters, two who are attending South Christian and one attending Byron Center Christian. I worship at Cornerstone Church and volunteer as a high school youth leader.

My life verse is Philippians 4:13: “I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength.” This was evident as I walked through a very dark time after my first husband’s death. My faith in God never wavered. I believe working with parents and youth at South Christian allows me to be a beacon of light to a student who might be struggling or to a parent who is just tired. I know what is to experience both and want to encourage people as they travel this life’s journey.
