Personal Biography |
John has been my husband and best friend for 32 years, and we have three children and four grandchildren. I enjoy spending time with family (especially grandkids), gardening, boating, and walking. We also enjoy the fellowship of our church, Kentwood Community. In addition to working as an assistant in the Guidance Office, for the last several years I’ve worked part-time in the Lutheran Social Services Foster Care Program. I’m a strong believer in contributing to the community through volunteering; my husband and I have been advocates with the Kent County Sheriff’s Department Victim Service Unit for 12 years.
Faith |
My life has been truly blessed with the influence of a Christian home, church and school, leading me to accept Christ as my Savior and Lord. I hope and pray that my faith will impact those around me. I try to be a helpful and welcoming presence in the Guidance Office; I love working with students and being a small part of their journey through this school.
