Professional Biography |
I received my B.A. degree from Dordt College and my MAT (Master's of Arts at Teaching) from Calvin College. Previously, I was an elementary Christian school teacher in Waupun, WI. and Lansing, IL. I also assisted in the resource room and inclusive education room at the former Seymour Christian School in Grand Rapids.
Personal Biography |
I am married to Bill Vande Kopple, a professor at Calvin College. We have three sons. In the past, I have enjoyed watching my sons participate in sports, particularly soccer. Now in my spare time, I love to scrapbook, cross-stitch, do various types of puzzles, and spend time with friends. I am also involved in several ministries at my church, Alger Park CRC.
Faith |
The Lord has continually guided me throughout my life. He has led me to experiences and places where I would never have dreamed of being, including the field of special education. It has been an amazing experience to hear the testimonies of some of our students and hear their prayers offered on others' behalf. God has certainly enriched my life through these students.
