Study Hall Parapro

South Christian High School in Grand Rapids, Michigan is seeking applicants for a Study Hall Parapro position beginning in August of 2020. This is a part time school year only job. South Christian is a vibrant community of over 630 students and 40 faculty dedicated to our mission: to equip students to live Christ-centered lives and serve God to their greatest potential.

We are seeking candidates who demonstrate a passion for Jesus Christ and can engage young people in an environment that is both relationally excellent and academically rigorous. A successful candidate will be able to support students and teachers by administering a study environment that fosters learning. Candidates that desire to help students in the area of math or writing and who enjoyed their own high school experience are likely to enjoy this job.

Band Assistant

South Christian High School in Grand Rapids, Michigan is seeking applicants for a part-time (10 hours per week) Band Assistant for the 2020-2021 school year. South Christian is a vibrant community of over 630 students and 40 faculty dedicated to our mission: to equip students to live Christ-centered lives and serve God to their greatest potential.

We are seeking candidates who demonstrate a passion for Jesus Christ and can engage young people in an environment that is both relationally excellent and academically rigorous. A successful candidate will work with the Band Director to administer the school’s instrumental program and must be able to work competently with band members to grow their musical ability. He or she must be able and willing to work independently with individuals and groups and have strong organizational skills.
