I graduated from South Christian in 2006. While in high school I met my husband, Derek. We have four children. Three attend Legacy Christian and one is at South. After high school, I graduated from Davenport University and worked as a medical assistant for ten years before becoming a full time stay at home mom. I now work part time at Moline Christian as a 1st grade aide. The South Christian community is a special one and I am excited that I have the privilege to be a part of it both as a parent and a staff member.

Faith Statement
Isaiah 43:2 says, When you go through deep waters, I will be with you. When you go through rivers of difficulty, you will not drown. When you walk through the fire of oppression, you will not be burned up; the flames will not consume you. As I’ve experienced the mountains and valleys of life, Ive learned to lean into this truth and make this my life verse. We are not promised a life without heartache, trials, and difficult times, but we are guaranteed that our God will walk side by side with us through those difficulties. What a comfort that is! As the highs and lows of life come and go, God will remain constant and faithful. All we need to do is fully trust in Him and he will carry us through.
