South Christian High School is a thriving private Christian high school in Grand Rapids, Michigan, serving students in grades 9–12. Business Teacher

We are seeking applicants for a Business Teacher position beginning in August of 2026. The courses included in this position are Introduction to Business, Entrepreneurship, and Economics.

Social Studies Teacher

The courses included in this position will vary depending on the experience and interest of the candidate as well as current and future needs at South Christian. A combination of the following courses could be included in this position; Geography, World History, U.S. History, Psychology and/or Economics.

Graphic Design, Ceramics, and Digital Photography are likely courses but a combination of the following courses could be included; Introduction to Art, Drawing and Painting, and Advanced Art.

Choral Director

We are seeking applicants for a part-time Choir Director position beginning in August of 2026. This position may be combined with other part-time teaching roles for qualified candidates. Additional extracurricular opportunities in the arts may be available to interested candidates.

Grounds Crew Member
South Christian High School is seeking a seasonal, part-time (25 hrs/week) lawn mower/grounds crew member. This position can be flexible but is intended to run from approximately April – October each year. The primary responsibility for this individual is mowing lawns on South Christian’s campus, but may include other grounds/landscaping work as needed or as dictated by the weather.
